For DeFi and dapps
This is the main gate to the world of DeFi and all their protocols so if you are a frequent user of them (such as Uniswap) I would say it is quite a must. It is mainly focused on Ethereum network but I have already seen a guide to implement BSC (Binance chain) to it. As I am not a huge fan of these DeFi protocols neither Dapps (it is suitable also for dapps) I would rather choose different option. I am more concerned about security features and that it is embedded to the web browser it could have some potential flaws and be hacked. It is not a good option for holding ETH but it should not worry you as it should be mainly used for transaction and interaction with smart protocols. The good news is that it is available for phone users now. Overall it is a good wallet for what is ment to be and what should be used for.
