The Metamask wallet is said to be one of the earliest Decentralized crypto wallet that is truly dedicated to serving the Ethereum Network community. The assets that can be held on this wallet is basically melted to only Ethereum and it's native ERC tokens. The wallet being decentralized means users are in charge of their private keys making it easy for them to port from one device to another. The simplicity and portability of this wallet is seen in the areas of the wallet being supported on Personal Computers in form of a Plug-in and can be used my mobile phones as an Application. Being a mobile device user, I got to interact with this wallet via it's app. The features of the Metamask Wallet application comes with rich implementions like toggling of gas fees to be paid and gas limit to be used. This makes it ideal for the users in different situations like when trying to make a transaction as quick as possible or manage funds by reducing cost in making those transactions. Another feature the wallet comes with is it's easy wallet connect. Although the wallet app comes with an inbuilt Dapp browser, one could open any Decentralized application or decentralized exchange outside of the app, and then connect it to the wallet seamlessly. This was one feature I really enjoyed because I am more of a Chrome browser user than any other one.
There has been a recent surge of fraudulent Metamask wallets going round on the internet which has led to loss of users funds. One needs to be careful and also, Metamask needs to consistently update their wallets and it's features to make it stand out and easily differentiate it from the scam wallets. The Metamask Wallet really has been a good wallet for me to use but it's limitations to just the Ethereum Network doesn't makes it to my list of favorites. Notwithstanding, it's a great choice for Ethereum users
