I wear size 8.5 shoes and usually size 8 sandals as I have a narrow foot. I ordered 8 of these and it's really odd as the insole under the back strap on the outer edge of the sandal (opposite side of the arch) flexes early under the heel as if it were another arch on the other side. I really wanted to like them but: 1. They run big. I have a classic 7 with narrow and rather low feet and these 7s just look great on me. If that's what you're after, I'd recommend going down a whole size. 2. The heel strap is not adjustable. It was the ultimate deal breaker. At first I didn't like them because they were rubbing my legs in a way that made it a bit annoying. There are no bubbles or anything. But I've tried them again and again. Last weekend I was in Boone and walked most of the day and I can say that for the first time they felt good on my feet. Continue to adjust the straps as needed and wait a while, as is the case with Burks or Rainbows. They don't quite fit your feet, but you must try them on.

Give them about a week and they'll get really comfortable going at the water park, outdoors, or just running around. It's also very easy to set up, not too complicated or confusing.

The base of these sandals is really very wide, but the straps are not designed for a person with a wide foot. My feet are not very wide, but they are wider than average. Pictured is my old pair and my new pair, both a size 8. New ones are about 1/8" to 3/16" shorter. I agree as I am over 7.5. Always wanted to try some chacos. I ordered a wide one as my foot is a bit wider. I struggled to get my foot into this sandal. The fingers were flattened to the point of pain. I had to send these back.

I got them for a vacation and they were a great purchase! They are easy to adjust and very durable, especially on rocky stretches of beach.

I know a lot of people love Chaco, but they just don't suit me at all. They landed in strange places, causing blisters, irritation, and soreness. They also seem to be too heavy. I'm disappointed that I can't return them, especially since they are so expensive.

Liked their fit except the second strap on the left boot (not adjustable) was a little too loose. Didn't even touch my leg. Inconsistent production - correct shoes were fine. These will be returned.

Chaco is still my favorite shoe to this day and I love the pattern on it. A few months ago I also got a fig figure. I wear Chaco every day in the summer. I wear shoes 8.5 and have 9.

I wear a size 9 or 9.5 double wide (2EE). I couldn't even put my toes in these sandals even though they were wide. Although it looked nice.
