Only use other mold products.

When I worked for a mold removal company this was used. Now we can buy that and not use anything else. If you understand how mold grows, don't touch it. Spray it with sporazide. Kills mold spores. It says to be used at 68 degrees but it was 48 degrees and I used it. It worked. For some reason my garage was leaking water and mold was infesting my soft materials. Backpack. pot lids etc. After soaking them in the product overnight I was able to put them in the washing machine. If you can't get the

like an underground house cleaning

I used to work for a company that fixed damaged houses and when we needed to clean mold we used gallons of this stuff. His scent alone brings back memories of cleaning mold from the ceiling on the stairs in a Tyvek suit and mask. It contains no bleach or peroxide, so it won't whiten or make mold go away. This material just kills it and the residue left on the surface prevents mold growth for a while (it says 6 months on the bottle but never tested). . If you want to remove mold from a wall, use

Excellent cleaning and disinfecting agent.

I ordered this because of an infestation of mice in my Mustang that was in storage at my shop over the winter. Needless to say, it was a mess. I was worried about cleaning it up because of a possible hantavirus. Everything I've read has revolved around using bleach to clean mouse droppings, but obviously bleach wasn't designed to clean carpets or upholstery. I chose this product based on all the information I could find about it. I was not disappointed. I sprayed the whole area first and waited

best for all purpose cleaner

We would use gallons of this mold removal material. His scent alone brings back memories of cleaning mold from the ceiling on the stairs in a Tyvek suit and mask. It contains no bleach or peroxide, so it won't whiten or make mold go away. This material just kills it and the residue left on the surface prevents mold growth for a while (it says 6 months on the bottle but never tested). . Contains highly toxic phenol

It was recommended by a professional carpet cleaner to kill mold on carpets and I admit I bought it on that recommendation without doing much research, but the active ingredient is phenol. Phenol is extremely toxic and extremely volatile, which is why it evaporates with the air we breathe. As a chemist, I would never use this in a lab without a vent. I wish I didn't have this product in my house. Before you buy, read the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for phenol and consider using it in your home…

The best remedy for black mold.

The movers brought mold spores along with boxes and furniture that I left in the "air conditioner" that falsely advertised "air conditioner". It's not like this. There was no drainage system. This is how my beautiful furniture, clothes and other things arrived with mold spores, black mold to be precise, and Penicillium ascomycetes. This is how mold and mildew got into my new apartment, which was freshly painted and had newly laid carpeting. The movers staged a complete nightmare that lasted 2…
