Revain will replace, but only if you send the defective product to one of the approved centers. The problem is that the minimum round trip is 50 miles from our location.

This is my second purchase, the first still works well after 2 years in my non-temp controlled garage. I bought the second one for my daughter, the watch was damaged when moving. Hope this works the same as the 1. One suggestion though, how about a high torque atomic version of the clock? I would very much like to buy them.

This manufacturer, like all others I've reviewed, needs a better measurement system. I've tried my best to calculate 2/5 or 4/5 or something in an inch (is it supposed to be 3/16 or 11/16 or what?). In any case, the stem that best suited my needs was too short, but I've used parts old and new and made it work. This product replaced another battery operated movement which failed after a few years. It fitted the exact spot on my watch that the previous mechanism occupied. The shaft length was slightly longer by about 2mm. The original hands on my watch did not fit the change shaft so I used the watch hands that came with the new product.
