Amazing for a c-section post partum

My country's health system doesn't provide heaIth care products for a post partum. So this kit was AMAZING!The foam and the cold liners were the best duo to heal. They made the journey so much better. They did help me soothe every time I had to change a pad.I would suggest to get two additional cold liner packs to cover almost a month.*Absorption worked better for me with normal night menstrual pads. The discardable shorts were really good. They don't scratch and they expand and adapt great to…

Pros
  • Pero tienen muy buena reseñas
Cons
  • Disposable underwear is not environmentally friendly

I am 2 days post partum, so this is a very raw and honest review. I do appreciate that I bought this box of goodies to help my discomfort. I delivered naturally… I didn’t tear on the outside but I did tear inside, which caused me to have some stitches. Therefore, I’m burning while peeing and sitting down is very, very uncomfortable. The cooling pads just did not work for me. The "cooling, ice pack” part of it was great for about 30 minutes then it just goes away. The problem with the cooling…

Pros
  • If I had another baby I would buy this again.
Cons
  • Perineal healing foam may cause allergic reactions

Overall a very nice package, but some of the hospital supplies were superior (and they will send them home with you! Just ask!). The features I liked about the kit were the packaging - it makes it easy to put it on the counter. The witch hazel wipes are great as well! I haven’t tried the foam yet (brought home the hospital spray). The ice packs are fine if you are lying down - but uncomfortable for sitting and you definitely want to remove them after 30-45 min cooling effect if you are walking…

Pros
  • REGISTRY GO-TO: This is the starter kit moms-to-be or new moms need to make it through those painful first few weeks of recovery
Cons
  • Could be seen as promoting harmful ideas about postpartum beauty standards

Buy what you need good for me

I ended up having a c section so I only used a couple things from this kit. I would wait until after birth and order your kit so you can choose which kit you need because they do have one for c sections. Otherwise I love the box it was so helpful.

Pros
  • Helps prevent infection
Cons
  • Could be seen as a form of self-shaming for women who are struggling with postpartum recovery

Ice packs and witch hazel pads were the most necessary extras

If I had realized how labor would go I'd have just ordered the ice pads and witch hazel pads lol. The other stuff was nice but the hospital gives you plenty to use while there.

Pros
  • Recomendados
Cons
  • May not offer enough support for larger postpartum bellies

Perfect kit for post labor recovery

Love it - only thing I haven’t used are the mesh underwear (I prefer using the always discreet boutique underwear). But otherwise this is a great purchase or baby shower gift!

Pros
  • Helps new moms feel more comfortable and confident during postpartum recovery
Cons
  • Might not work for those with larger or smaller than average bodies

Feels wonderful on the lady parts

I just wish it wasn’t 100.00. I wish these were more affordable for women because the items really do help and I definitely needed more than 4 ice packs. I changed mine every time I urinated. So, I used the 4 within a day.

Pros
  • Aids in the healing process
Cons
  • Might not be effective for those who have given birth via c-section

A NECESSITY I PROMISE!

This kit was AMAZING. Made my life so much easier after birth. The only thing is there should def be more briefs in this. The ones the hospital gives obviously aren’t that great but these briefs helped hold the ice pad/pad/liner in place, they’re the perfect snug fit. Everything else felt like there was enough but the hospital also gave me a lot of pads & ice pads so that made me feel like I had more than enough. The foam was great & did help soothe. This peri bottle is a must have! If you…

Pros
  • Feminine Care
Cons
  • Could be seen as encouraging excessive consumerism during a vulnerable time

So glad I ordered! in my review

I was very hesitant to order this just because it was a little expensive and I didn’t know if it would really help. But let me tell you, I am so glad I ordered it. Having this postpartum has helped so much and I’m so glad I have it! It has been so helpful in my recovery.

Pros
  • Contains natural ingredients for a gentle approach to healing
Cons
  • Might not be effective for those who have given birth to multiples or experienced complications during delivery

Very Helpful best in my review

I bought this product for my daughter when she had her baby. It was very helpful to her and provided lots of items that were useful to have during the postpartum recovery.

Pros
  • Provides relief for both vaginal and cesarean deliveries
Cons
  • May not provide enough support for those who are experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety

Frida Everything best in my review

Everything by Frida is a win. Everything by Frida is a sure bet. Everything by Frida you will probably use. I’m a new mom, and I have a bunch of things that I thought I needed/wanted/whatever. and what I truly needed was a large basket with every item Frida makes, and nothing else. That how I feel about Frida products . I’ve only been a mom for 1 month and 1 day as of today. Oh and I used the mom postpartum kit too, and it’s a , Yes! Sorry wrong product . But yea Go Frida!

Pros
  • Provides relief from postpartum discomfort
Cons
  • Disposable products contribute to landfill waste

Recommend for every mother!

Loved these products thought I wouldn’t need them because the hospital gave me some products, but by the 3/4 day the pain was terrible. The ice pads, wipes, and foam was an INSTANT RELIEF! I recommend these products for every mother, definitely buying for baby shower gifts

Pros
  • Suitable for all skin types
Cons
  • Could be seen as promoting unrealistic expectations about the speed of postpartum recovery

Exactly what a first time mom like me needed

Okay expecting mommas that are planning a vagunal delivery i am gonna tell y’all what i recommend for your at home post partum care.Im gonna lead by saying you absolutely don’t have to spend the extra money on this, bc your hospital most likely has everything you need. The quality just won’t be the same.In this frida mom post partum kit you get padsicles, mesh underwear, witchhazel panty liners, perineal pain relief foam, and the optional peri bottle. You’re gonna want it.Like i said, hospital…

Pros
  • Health & Household
Cons
  • Might not work for those with sensitive skin

Life savor. on my review.

LIFE SAVOR! Plain and simple. I was going to try and just use the hospitals stuff. No way the ice pack pads, we’re the best thing ever. I wish I would have had it a couple days earlier. Only thing that is just "okay” is the underwear. The secret zzz disposable panties work better. Everything else tho. Game changer.

Pros
  • Comes with clear and easy-to-follow directions
Cons
  • Might not work for those who have experienced trauma during childbirth

Postpartum must have

Bought this for after I had my second child and it made me wish I had it for the aftercare of my first. Everything was better quality than what I had received from the hospital the ice pads lasted much longer and made me feel more comfortable even though it’s a bit spendy it’s definitely worth investing in your postpartum care and treating yourself with this product.

Pros
  • Health Care
Cons
  • Is not vegan

Helpful but not necessary

I really loved the witch hazel liners and foam, as well as the disposable underwear; they are much more comfortable than the hospital supplied ones. While the cooling effect of the ice packs is nice, they are way too bulky and uncomfortable, I only used one. Overall the products were nice to have but I received similar products from the hospital that did the job just as well.

Pros
  • Easy to use and apply
Cons
  • Products may not be as effective as prescription medications or medical interventions

Wonderful product on my review.

Bought this for my second baby, wish I would’ve coughed up the money and had it for the first. I never write reviews but I love this so much that I had to for this. The ice packs are the only thing that I probably wouldn’t get if I bought all the products separately. The ice packs are pretty much the same as what they have in the hospital. So if you like those, you’ll like the Frida ones. The underwear are super comfortable. I didn’t think they’d be of much use but, now having worn them, they…

Pros
  • Safe for sensitive skin
Cons
  • Some users may prefer to use natural remedies for postpartum recovery

Love the underwear!

I bought this kit to prepare for my labor this month. I LOVE the underwear. They are stretchy and the pads I purchased fit in them nicely. They are so comfortable as well! I haven’t used the cooling pads or foam yet because my delivery wasn’t too bad and I didn’t have a lot of damage. I also like the numbing spray better than the foam. Just be aware this does not come with a spray bottle. You have to purchase that separately. Overall I really like this kit I just wish there was more underwear…

Pros
  • No need for bulky, uncomfortable bandages or pads
Cons
  • Could be seen as encouraging a focus on physical appearance over holistic postpartum health

I would not give birth without this!

This little kit came so much in handy in the hospital after birth. I cannot stress enough how useful this kit is. The cooling ice pads are super useful and basically saved my intimate area from lots of pain and brought me comfort. The cooling ice pads don't need to be kept in the freezer. You just fold them snap something and get cold instantly. The cooling witch hazel foam is comforting. The soothing pad wipe thing is very soothing. It all really helped me after being swollen from stitches…

Pros
  • Maximizes absorption and leak protection
Cons
  • Could perpetuate the idea that postpartum women need to use special products to "fix" their bodies

A must buy! good for me

I just had my first delivery a few days ago and let me tell you! this has been the best thing i’ve bought for myself! i highly recommend, you will love it.

Pros
  • Es todo lo qué hay que tener después de haber nacido tu hijo
Cons
  • Might not fit all body types
