Weak Hardware: Router

The item you purchased is FACTORY CERTIFIED with a 90 day warranty. I often buy this way as it should be like new after being repaired at the factory. Most of the time this is the case and I get a cheaper product that works just as well as a new one. From day one I had some problems with 5G channels. Multiple reboots. I once had to go back to factory settings and restore it from a backup after various crashes and performance glitches. I should have returned it then, but if a reboot fixes it, it

Upgrading is always a risk, but nobody seems to fix anything. It looks like they only let units spin out of control. The first unit I bought was dead on arrival. Sent back for a refund. The second unit I bought arrived very late but worked. Four days later it broke and wouldn't turn on again. I let it cool down to see if it was thermal but no luck. I just returned it. Please note that the warranty you purchased will do nothing for you and no refunds will be given. I bought three of these…

Seamless streaming from up to three devices simultaneously, no signal or device…

Fix my Linksys problem.

Had a previous Linksys router. It was the Nighthawk X6s AC4000 trunk. Worked fine on my LAN but no internet connection detected. No luck solving it. Bought this Linksys and the same thing happened. Eventually the solution was to move the cable modem closer to the router and the problem was resolved. I've done a lot of troubleshooting including lots of different cables. I was able to connect my old Cisco router and it worked every time the two didn't connect to the ISP (charter). Went from a…
