Very helpful with our integration with Salesforce and HubSpot

They have been extremely helpful with our integration with Salesforce and HubSpot. The team is very receptive to feedback and have been working with us to improve the platform and make our needs a priority. The interface is very user friendly. They help us with our account management and we have been very happy with the service. They do a great job at keeping us informed and providing us with support when we need it. Collaborate & Connect With Ease: Empathy Logic

I like that there are several options to choose from when looking at different types of integrations, as well as multiple ways in which we can connect with our customers (email or phone). The software makes it easy for us to manage all this info through one platform - not having too many applications open would help keep things organized! It's hard sometimes remembering what you've done/what changes have been made since last time; but once everything has synced up there isn't much left out…

  • how quickly questions get resolved compared other platforms where waiting days were common due mostly being dependent only within emails without direct contact between team members involved..how intuitive features make navigating around user interface simple..for example finding contacts directly under menu bar along top right hand side

Ease of use for end users, ability to integrate with multiple technologies (Apex/Sforce), quick results after implementation from sales team side as well. I wish we could have more reporting options that can be customised per individual user but this may not always feasible in all cases especially when you are dealing large volumes or number crunching etc - so its up-sell at an extra cost if required by client! Also there's no direct way through API connect tool itself which needs third party…
