Review on Enhanced Side-Sleeping Backpack: WoodyKnows 2021 Upgraded with All Magic Tape Straps and Enhanced Zipper (Large) by Damon Fuqua

I bought this backpack after being diagnosed with mild positional sleep apnea. It did help me stay on my side and prevented me from rolling onto my back during the night, but after using it for several months, I began waking during the night with numbness in my arms. Several weeks later, I developed a pain in my hips that would also waken me during the night. I had never experienced these issues before. I tried several therapies to relieve the pain and numbness, including chiropractic, but nothing helped. When I decided to try an epap device in place of the backpack my pain and numbness disappeared within a few days and I realized the backpack was the cause of my problems. My chiropractor agreed.
