Using maximum torque, I slide the Dewalt screwdriver into the screw head. This usually caused broken flighting blades. I've had brand new heads where the blades broke with this slippage. The Dewalt boss did a great job on this challenge. The wings were slightly damaged (see attached pic of the tip after testing) but the tip held up and continued to hold up well.
