Good monitor! the best in my rating

A portable monitor can be a really good thing, especially if you have old eyes like mine. Keep this in mind when you open the box and take out the instruction manual. Tiny tiny writing that is hard to read without a magnifying glass if you have eyes as old as mine. Well, that's not such a big problem since magnifying glasses are almost everywhere. There are two USB-C ports on the right edge of the monitor, each of which can be plugged in for power. When I first powered up the monitor, it took exactly ten seconds for the screen to go from dark to light. For a few seconds I wondered if there was a defect, but no; Monitor is ok. The power button is on by default when power is applied, so no further action is required. To turn it off, press the top button on the left edge of the monitor. I connected it to the HDMI output of an ASUS Windows 10 laptop and the display filled the screen well. Information temporarily confirmed that it displays 1920 x 1080p, a nice upgrade for ASUS' tiny 10-inch screen. The colors are rich and the display is sharp. The viewing angle is great too, allowing you to move around quite a bit without the display dimming. I've gone through all the customization features and they work as expected, giving the user all the options to customize the display colors etc to their liking. The sound is good for such a small monitor; However, you probably won't use this for audio quality, but rather for video quality. It's a solid display with a nice carrying case that attaches with magnets. It's certainly not a replacement for my 25.5-inch Samsung, but it's a lot more portable (the Samsung is a 2008 model on a stand and should never be carried) and a lot lighter. I intend to put this monitor to good use by taking it to Texas in the winter and home in the summer. I will put a computer in each location and use this monitor where I am. I can't think of anything that would cause me to downgrade my rating; It's not cheap, but it's a quality product that will most likely last a long time.
