First, this thing is bright. It has tons of different modes. The brightest lasts well over an hour (haven't checked, but I use it on night runs up to an hour). I really enjoy the 'surround' lighting on the mid brightness setting. It gives a good idea of what's around you.The light is a little flat - it's all that soulless white LED light, so it can be challenging to discern things like texture or depth, but I think that's a problem with every LED I've used.It's lightweight enough, the headband is good.Complaints:* The button setup is a little confusing. Sometimes, it's touch sensitive, but other times it's not? I'm still not clear on what which of the two buttons do. I just keep clicking until I get what I need.* The angle-adjust is pretty soft. It seems to work during running, but I absolutely expect this to be the weak link of this headlamp. It is too easy to change angle and there's no way to adjust it. I expect I'll have to superglue / epoxy it eventually when it stops holding at a specific angle.
