Many are the capital organizations that offer acceleration programs to startups, projects and companies in all their development phases. Yet few invest in an organization's most valuable resource: people.
Taking this premise into consideration; Entrepreneur First has created a training program for new leaders with managerial skills to maximize the potential of their own company.
Among the applicants to be part of its program are mathematicians, engineers and computer scientists; which have talents to develop in the area of technology.
What is the Entrepreneurs First program?
The talent accelerator program taught by Entrepreneurs First covers a period of 6 months and is developed in two levels of three months duration each:
• Level 1: focused on developing the capacities of the affiliate so that they can identify problems and propose solutions to them.
• Level 2: Focuses on providing advice to affiliates by recognized mentors in risk capital management; to promote in them the development of strategies to manage a business
Entrepreneurs First, in addition to consulting and academic and business relations support, invests between $ 75,000 and $ 80,000 initially in each startup.
At the end of the program, the trained entrepreneurs present their company to a group of investors in a DEMO DAY to seek financing, while Entrepreneurs First continues to support them in the following months.
