Sadly, the collet nut was missing! Who took all the nuts? This isn't the first review to mention missing nuts, but there were more recent reviews that didn't say they were missing, so I figured the issue was fixed. Someone's tampering with quality control! Does the description say again that the tire comes with a nut?! Great hoop but I have to remove the nut from my old large hoop and put it on the new smaller hoop for it to do its job. Now I need to find someone who sells the right size nuts. Going back and forth, completely loosening the nut from the bolt is a recipe for lost nuts. This would have been a 5 star rating if all parts had been delivered to their destination. One star is lost because of a missing part, the second star is lost because this is still a recurring problem.
