I have a 2014 Subaru Outback, mileage 180000+, the Check Engine light came on with the cruise control and brake indicators flashing. I just got my gas mask in the morning and thought the cap might not fit properly. Tried putting the lid back on. Without change. I ordered a replacement ring and it arrived the next day. Easy installation (maybe a minute) and the car drove with all warning lights. Fifteen minutes later they all passed out. Not bad for an $8 fix.
