I received this about a week ago and used it to charge a pickup truck battery. I took it out of the box, plugged it in, and then tried to turn it on intuitively. It didn't seem to charge properly so I read the manual that came with it which is difficult to read and understand. "Some settings may require you to select and hold for 3-5 seconds". So what? After reading the manual twice, I think I understand how to use it. I say "I think" because I'm not sure. I found the instructions very limited. Then I went to the NOCO website and found a datasheet but no instructions. It's weekend, so chat is unavailable. It took 16 hours to charge my battery, which seems a bit long for a supposed 10A charger, as indicated by the charge time chart (17.3 hours). What I like? It's designed to charge all types of batteries I use and is compact and durable. However, I hope this will become my favorite charger once I'm sure I'm using it properly.
