Bought for an extension to a home as I knew I would need concrete leveling. Pleasantly surprised by the speed with which he pounded a 1/4" ledge out of the ground in a 2" area, lots of dust so a good vacuum, mask and air movement helps when indoor work is required. Consider water, but the mill is running at high speeds and more mess is to be expected in the long run. We will try on some of the marble slabs that we have that need to be cleaned with water. I would recommend if you have concrete to grind.
