Very light and not very warm

Bought for my anoles and beard. The intensity of the light is so high that I'm concerned about eye damage, and if it's more than 12 inches from the tank (so less direct) the reptiles won't benefit from the UV. My beard must be over 85*. 25 gallon tank, this light barely makes it to 82 * The heating range will be fine for my anoles but overall the product is not at all what I thought based on the description.
