Review on StartX (Stanford-StartX Fund) by Douglas Cachazo

Revainrating 4 out of 5

StartX: It is not an accelerator, it is to maximize your startup.

Doing reviews on accelerators is of great importance, many of the people who read the reviews published by myself and colleagues here in Revain, that is why you have to describe well and give summarized information for each of them, it is impossible to say our personal experience, but if the interaction when we send questions or comments to these companies, personally I already have two companies contacted about a project still in development, like me there will be many more. The important thing in my opinion is to tell how to apply, where, what to expect from them, financing, marketing, where they operate, in short give as much information as possible for all those people who read these reviews is because they are interested, summarizing our mission is to guide.

The case that concerns us StartX is a nonprofit company, its mission is to guide and guide to success, has no limits on where the entrepreneur resides, something important is that it is in the heart of the technological world as it is Sillicon Valley, there coexist companies from around the world, that in one way or another their technology comes from there, it is not really aimed at companies in the ideo stage, seeds, and seeks already consolidated ventures but still ready to polish and start.

It really is a global giant in terms of entrepreneurship, it gives preference in the area of new technologies in the area of medicine and biomedicine, but open to any technological entrepreneur, if we go to the numbers is abysmal capital in incubated startups in the order of 26 billion dollars, that is the capital in the reserves of any small country. It gives priority to students or graduates of Stanford University, but open to other ventures, you just have to indicate if you are from Stanford or you start from another way.

My recommendation is if your venture is in the biomedical, medical or health area, do not hesitate to knock on the door. It doesn't matter if you are a only entrepreneurship
