Great for Doc Martens!

Bought these to wear with my new Docs to avoid the painful break-in phase. They work excellent at protecting your heels from blisters of any kind. They do get sticky after few wears, so you will need to dust with baby powder or talc powder. I can’t wear my boots without these - definitely a game changer!

Pros
  • Made from high-quality, medical-grade materials for enhanced protection and support
Cons
  • They may not be comfortable for all foot shapes or sizes

These really helped!

I got these to see if they would help my plantar fasciitis. I was very pleased with the results. After wearing these for about a week there was almost no pain! Now I wear them mainly when I’m doing more walking than usual, which seems to be enough to prevent the pain I wear them withquality sneakers with excellent support.

Pros
  • Health & Household
Cons
  • They may not be effective for heel pain caused by other conditions

Pros

Game changer for my opinion

I have had chronic pain issues with my feet and legs for several years. While this didn't take care of every symptom, I was recently told by a Mayo doctor that my heel fat pads are about half of what people normally have and my heel bone is growing to compensate. She really didn't have any advice for me, because I wear shoes allll the time and I have to take out the soles to put in my Rx inserts, which are hard. I never go without shoes, because my feet hurt too much. On a whim, I purchased…

Pros
  • Reusable design saves money on expensive medical treatments
Cons
  • The heel cups may wear down quickly with regular use

Haglund's Deformity? Get these now!

So I have Haglund's Deformity (a terrible name for what is basically a bony protrusion on the back of the ankle) and have struggled with closed back shoes my entire life. I found these about two years ago and they have legit changed my shoe game. No more blister block, bandaids, foam tape! They are very stretchy and conform comfortably to your heel area. They are practically invisible. They also wash easily and I just hang them to dry overnight. The 3 pack has lasted me a long time. Also they…

Pros
  • FSA/HSA eligible for easy reimbursement with flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts
Cons
  • The heel cups may be less effective when worn without appropriate footwear

Not for running: my feedback

Instant relief! If you're like me and have plantar fasciitis and heel spurs, these are worth buying. Know that they are great for casual wear and for sleeping. Gets a little frustrating trying to decide if you are to wear them over or under your socks; then trying to put on shoes without them rolling up.? Easy to clean with soap and water.

Pros
  • UNIQUE CELLULAR DESIGN - ONE SIZE FITS ALL SHOES - No need to worry about your shoe size. Reduce the soreness, swelling and discomfort caused by running, jogging or standing all day, providing comfort and daily mobility back.
Cons
  • They may be difficult to clean and maintain

Must-buy for Doc Martens

These have allowed me to wear my low-top Doc Martens! No matter how much I tried to wear my shoes in— the back would always cut into my heels. Not anymore! So happy I bought these.

Pros
  • Reduces tension on the Achilles tendon and calves
Cons
  • They may need to be replaced frequently to maintain effectiveness

The item arrived in a re-sealable bag and contained 6 pairs. It looks slightly different from the ones pictured as these are translucent instead of white, but it works the same. You can put them over your socks (if you wear any) or just wear them normally so they cushion your heels as you walk. It's like having extra-bouncy insoles, and they do feel pretty good. The problem is getting them to STAY ON as you try to shoehorn your foot into your shoe. You have to really loosen your shoes, slip your

Pros
  • Relieves pain associated with plantar fasciitis
Cons
  • The gel heel cups may add bulk to the shoe

Hell support - my new review

I bought these for my father as well as myself. It definitely helps cushion the heels and helps relieve some pain while walking/standing. My father has a bone spur on his heel and he's said that these heel cups give him support and cushion which helps relieve some of the pain. He just wishes that they were a bit thicker. Sometimes he doubles them of top of each other and wears two on one foot for extra cushion. I would recommend this item.

Pros
  • Helps with pain in the arch, ankle, knee, and hip
Cons
  • They may not provide enough relief for individuals who stand for long periods of time

Only provides a cushion and no support

If you are just looking for a cushion on your heels, then this helps. However, it provides no help in resolving plantar fasciitis pain. Do not purchase it with those expectations. It is just a cushion.

Pros
  • Easy to use, conform. One size.Use with close shoes
Cons
  • Helped with dry cracked heels but I have bone spur and it hasn't helped so far

Work really sell for a few uses

Instant pain relief when put on the first time. Helpful with particular shoes ( I wear orthotics also). It says they are washable and reusable, but it’s like once or twice. Not like they are going to last any meaningful amount of time. They stretch out easily, roll up on the edges (not before washing). Also once washed I felt I needed two pairs at a time to get that same pain relief- which caused retention/swelling issues. Great idea, and good for really bad days, but not an everyday item- as…

Pros
  • These heel cups work well for me. I have purchased them in the past. Always good service.
Cons
  • The product is good, but it needs to work within a confined heel space.

I didn't want to take it off

So about a week or two ago I developed this unbearable pain in my heels, i purchased a foot massager which helped a little bit but pain always came back, I bought this and used it one night at work and my feet felt like they were on clouds, when I got home I didn't want to take it off, these were exactly what I needed. A must buy for heel pain .

Pros
  • Help add cushion with boots
Cons
  • It makes my feet sweaty and slippy.

Made a huge difference

Plantar fasciitis has plagued me for quite a while and these helped immensely. I wore them daily for a few weeks and my pain is now significantly improved. I now wear them less frequently, because my feet feel so much better.

Pros
  • Inserts & Insoles
Cons
  • They may not work for all degrees of heel pain

This actually works

The heal cups work on reducing the pain of planter fasciitis, the only downside to the cups is the quality of them. Not all the cups are quality made.

Pros
  • All Day Comfort - They provide foot protection, reduces friction and shock absorption. Effective wear inserts comfortably with dress shoes, high heels, work boots, ballet shoes.
Cons
  • Regular sock and shoe changes may be necessary due to increased foot sweating

Doc Marten owners: ADD TO CART

If you wear Docs, you’re breaking in new shoes, your job requires you to walk or stand 24/7, definitely buy these heel cups.I catch myself wearing these with almost every shoe I own. Especially on the shoes I bought that don’t have memory foam on the inside.I wear these to work, the gym, concerts. Life is too short to be uncomfortable in a cute pair of shoes.Looking forward to buying more soon!

Pros
  • Was too tight on foot and roll up often
Cons
  • The gel material may not last as long as other materials

Bought them despite mixed reviews

I was in pain from a heel bone spur. They arrived the next day and by wearing them with a thick pair of socks I felt much better. I like the feel of the heel cup next to my skin. They will last probably about 6 to 7 weeks and I will need to buy again. But I thought they were a good purchase in the 10 dollar range. They can be hand washed and air dried.

Pros
  • Easy to clean by simply wiping with a damp cloth
Cons
  • The heel cups may cause discomfort or chafing in certain types of shoes
