The installation didn't go too bad. Got it done in about an hour, except I spent an extra hour trying to figure out which MAF adapter they were talking about. The adapter part number is #21515. Luckily they sell it with Prime so I paid an extra $15 to get the part I wanted without having to return the whole damn thing. Perhaps Revain would be kind enough to credit my order as the part must be included.

Bought to help my truck (2005 F150 V6) drive better on the highway. This product has met my expectations. I haven't noticed an increase in gas mileage, but that doesn't bother me. It's louder, typical of a cold intake, but not annoying. Although it doesn't sound very impressive like a V8 with a cold air intake does. The truck responds better when stopping and going uphill. Recently purchased for a 2005 F150 STX 4.2L. I went to step 20 of the 28 step guide and found that the adapter is for a 4.6 liter engine but the packaging says it is for a 4.2 liter engine. I went to the local dealership to see if I missed anything. The mass air flow sensor for my car was a different design, so it didn't fit the adapter designed for the mass air flow sensor.
