This small wireless adapter seems to work fine on my old laptop. I was a little confused by the instructions for updating the drivers and connecting the adapter, but I followed the instructions in the brochure and it worked. When adding a profile I was given a choice of 2 networks with my network name, a 2.4GH and a 5GH. I chose the name 5 GH and saved it.
