I was a bit skeptical about installing it on my car (VW GTI GLX 01) but I needed more power for the trailer I was towing. installed (instructions included) and the performance was immediately noticeable. The engine runs a bit rough on cold starts, but once warm the car feels great. The fit and finish is great but doesn't match the Tornado Red car.

Installation was a little tedious as you have to remove the old air intake bracket and battery. No modifications required, just read the instructions if you're a little confused. I noticed a decent increase in performance as soon as I started the car and drove it. The best part was the increased responsiveness. Be careful when driving through puddles/rain areas. I bought this product because I was looking for a small performance upgrade for my 2001 Volkswagen Jetta GLX (2.8L VR6). It's a great shot, but the only problem I have is that it goes right in front of the driver's side wheel. Nothing bad has ever happened, but I've always been careful when driving near puddles.
