Great addition

I have a 2007 K3500 4 wheel drive that is used to haul sea containers which is of course a significant burden. Due to the weight of the containers and trailers, I found that the auxiliary springs on the truck were being pushed to their limits, which was evidenced by the "shiny spot" on the springs. Once the airbags were installed, the difference in suspension was immediately noticeable in both handling and ride. The AIR LIFT 72000 Wireless Air Leveling Compressor - [also installed] allows me to

Great adjustable solution

Recently bought a new fifth wheel with a heavier drawbar. I emailed an Air Lift technician to verify the correct kit number for my truck ('03 Silverado 2500HD LB). The answer came within an hour. The kit came quickly from Revain (best online price I could find). Relatively easy to install. I only use it sporadically, so I decided against a built-in compressor. When we go camping I take a small 100psi compressor with me. A T-fitting is used because the transverse load is usually balanced. Thread

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Fits

First of all I'm 70 years old and I did this in my garage when it was about 100 degrees outside. This took more than two days, mainly due to errors in the instructions. I found the installation video very helpful in many ways. However, there were a few errors or unclear instructions. This was causing me the problems I was having and was delaying the install. I used to be pretty good at things like that. That's why I took on the project. My wife thinks I should have paid for the installation…

Good product, long and hopefully helpful review

Installed on a 2010 GMC 2500HD. A complete kit is installed along with an onboard air-lift compressor and gauges. For starters, this is a great product. Just installed today. This is a long review but hopefully it helps the next person. Don't try to install this if you are a beginner. I'm by no means a pro, but I've installed hundreds of snow throwers, spreaders, and defrosters so I have a lot of experience with aftermarket accessories. I would give it a try unless you are at least an…

Super easy installation could be easier if you are reading this review

One of the best color prints with great pictures, instructions I have ever seen or used, the only way the instructions could be better, if they didn't use such a rusty truck for photos. I only really have three complaints, and only when I was really trying to think of something to complain about. first the air fitting, then in the next step you turn it around and screw on the bottom bracket. The air port just gets in your way and you risk damaging it if you bump into it first. I noticed this…

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No productivity
