Revain 3mm ABS Filament is not true

There are some good retailers in the 3mm filament market. Revain has entered the market, which usually means stiff competition for the rest. In this case not so much. The layer temperature for ABS should be around 110°C, with this yarn below 115°C distortion occurs. At this temperature, the job sticks to my PEI print bed, but once it cools, it's very difficult to peel off. The extrusion head temperature should be at least 245°C, which in itself is normal, but requires higher electricity bills…

Maybe not that good for the price.

The print quality is pretty good, it looks like a pretty good filament, and my first order is ABS type, it may be common to all ABS, but this material warps and twists a lot, that must They constantly keep your fingerprint warm to prevent this from happening. Having said that I will probably order this again but as I am still new to this I will also try to order different products and test more stuff with my Lulzbot taz 6 also from rafts. I got it for $10 and can't recommend it at that price…

Also picky about ABS

I've been printing in ABS commercially for several years. My regular premium filament isn't available so I bought Revain Basics ABS in black, expecting it to be mostly decent. However, this was problematic from the start and required a much higher bed temperature than the premium ABS I used. This 1kg spool is 58% cheaper than premium products, but the time and hassle of failed prints really makes me wish my regular filament was available. Considering the high scrap rate, the extra power…
