She seems to enjoy chewing on them and the cage.

I should have paid more attention to the description because they are much larger than I thought. I didn't originally plan on using them due to the size but they proved to be a good perch outside of the cage for my canary when he has time to fly. The cage clip piece appears to be well attached and solid (not that it weighs enough to cause a problem).

Pros
  • cages and accessories
Cons
  • there are nuances

Essential for active birds

My cockatiel loves this perch! She is the most eager chewer I have ever had in such a small package so this perch is the perfect solution for her. She has a manzanita perch in her "apartment" which only frustrates her as the wood is so hard she can't break it off. This perch is very sturdy, but the nifty little pieces of wood it can snap off make it easy to tag (and it's not very messy, so it makes my tag, too). I don't think I'll need to replace it any time soon and feel good about…

Pros
  • Pet supplies
Cons
  • Slightly torn

The perfect size for my blue-fronted amazon!

I bought two of these bottle brush perches - a large one for my Blue-fronted Amazon and a large x for my Harlequin Macaw. The large one I received is 1.5-2 inches in diameter, which is just right for my BFA. The bottle brush wood is clean and hardened, and the hardware is safe. The rind has a nice rough texture and if my BFA decides to peel it off it will take a while. Love these perches which can only be mounted on one side next to a food bowl/water bottle and also works for high altitude…

Pros
  • Perches
Cons
  • Useless features
