It's very easy, fast & accurate tool which helps in analyzing your markets or product portfolio with respect of various parameters like customer segmentation/demographic profile, channel reachability etc. The only drawback I can find here is it does not have an option to export data into Excel format so we cannot use this as offline analysis tools. The ease of use, it's very intuitive interface with all its features. I like how you can see what your competitors are doing in terms of their marketing campaigns or advertising budget. I like how easy it was to use this tool, we used several other tools before but never found one as simple or straight forward of an interface!
