I bought three. Two had burners (collars were ok and not part of this review) that lay in two pieces unsecured. The burner of one of the lamps was assembled correctly. I tried to attach the two small burner pins to the base but they bent rendering the lamp unusable (not level and secure). I bought this lamp for my wife as a present. It's totally useless! When I first poured oil into the base of the lamp, the oil came out at the bottom. After cleaning up the mess, I examined the lamp and saw that there was a seam on the glass base that had a gap in it.
