Cardone 96-5349 Upgraded Power Steering Pump (No Reservoir) Review

Bought and mounted on the car. That does not work. Had to drive to Napa to get one that worked. Don't make the mistake of buying car parts from Amazon again.

Update 2-2019: The problem was that the screw on the bottom of the block was probably not tightened when it was assembled. Check this bolt before installing it in your vehicle. First review: I bought this screw in August 2016 and it failed in March 2018. I paid extra for it thinking it would be high quality. I am very satisfied with this component. I have used remanufactured pumps in the past with mixed results. They all did the job of providing enough fluid pressure to drive the power steering system, but not all were equally quiet. When a remanufactured pump is defective, it may have a noisy bearing or an annoying noise that won't go away.
