Faulty Material Causes Printer Errors

As a result of my tests, I determined that this product is made from subpar materials that caused my printer to malfunction. The silicone wears out quickly, while the aluminum and stainless steel parts easily warped under heat.

The threaded parts fit so poorly that they are sure to fail when using

I need to replace these parts in my Ender 3 as the cheap bowden cable materials are permanently burned into the inside of the threaded barrel. I tried acetone and other solvents to remove the residue, but there was enough burnt material left that I wanted to replace it. seep into the gaps between the threads. This is a poorly tolerated product and I will be returning it.

The sock smokes like crazy

tldr; WARNING! THESE ARE NOT 100% SILICONE SOCKS - BURNING/BURNING. Installing the block and neck was easy. Everything seemed to fit. I used screws from a scrapped old print/heatsink assembly. I increased the temperature to 260 and greyish smoke is clearly visible. "Silicone" sock smokes (burns) like crazy. At first I thought I installed the heating element/thermistor poorly and it might be the insulation of the wiring, but I took off the sock and heated to 260. There is no smoke when the…
