Very nice knife set. They are very sharp as I found out the hard way (just a slight issue). The wood block is also very good. I use them daily. Some other reviewers have noted that they rust, but mine didn't. I hand wash them and dry them immediately to avoid water stains or rust.

I haven't had these knives for a long time. After the first use, the knives are covered with red spots. I expected more when I ordered them, I was very excited but now I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know in love. I wish my review was a lot happier, but I won't lie if this product just takes a break after using it once. I am extremely disappointed.

I love Cuisinart and have collected many items over the years. I was excited to receive this knife set only to find out that a Strak knife was missing. In addition, after 2 months of use, the knives began to be covered with rust spots. I have contacted Cuisinart customer service and they will not replace the set. Gave me instructions to clean with baking soda. It's probably better to buy another set that won't rust and is finished.

Just got it so haven't used it yet, but first reaction is very nice. They're strong, but a lot lighter than I thought. Steak knife handles are very thin, which I like. Nice, smooth, seems solid, set of knives. You cannot put these in the dishwasher. I don't care how good the knife set is, I have a feeling if you put it in the dishwasher they will rust. I hope they last because I love them!

Bought as a housewarming gift for my girlfriend. We have been using these knives almost daily for over 6 months now and they are still in perfect condition!
