Used for truck body mounts

I install them on the platform of my Tacoma truck. I installed a kit a few years ago but they have since rusted completely so this is a replacement. Can't say it's solely due to the anchors as I had to drill a larger hole which resulted in exposed areas. It was also kept under my mattress with frequent moisture, sometimes salt water. Honestly I wish there was a stainless steel option in the same design but I can't find it. It is a durable color to better protect it. Just take a look. The rest…

Good quality item. in Tie Downs & Anchors

Installed in the rear of my 3rd Gen Tacoma. I had to drill some holes to mount the existing screws that hold the bed to the frame if going this route. I've found many guys on the Tacoma forums using this method and I have to say it worked pretty well with a few fakes. I'm sure you could use a different size bolt and nut and put them anywhere, but I love the idea of attaching them to the frame while towing a road bike hundreds of miles. In the attached picture I have zip ties leading to these…

Very high quality: cable ties and anchor

Fully welded triangle ring so it doesn't break. A metal tab is wrapped around the ring for extra strength, and a bolt hole goes through both layers as you can see. Also has dimples/bulges to prevent it all spinning around the bolt, they dig into the surface the hook is attached to. With a class 5 or 8 flanged bolt and washer, or a class 5 or 8 bolt with washers, I would trust the one with the advertised (and stamped) WLL 1000lbs/453kg. I'll be installing this in my crossover truck's tool box to

will not fit 2016 Tacoma even after widening holes

READ IF PLANNING TO USE THIS ON A 2016 TACOMA BED. They are called D rings but I think they are more like V rings. This is a durable and well made product. I bought these for a 2016 Tacoma knowing the holes needed to be widened to accommodate the 15/32" Torx screws in the Tacoma bed. After evenly widening the 25/64" mounting holes, I found that the head of the bolt hit the inverted edge of the tie (on the side of the hinges). That way the stud won't lie flat on the tie. I don't want to search…

For me they were the ticket.

What should I write about? Those are D-rings, right? Well, not so fast. I recently bought a 2015 Nissan NV200 and as it was not a luxury trim line no loader rings were fitted. Just fuck, right? I would just buy some cargo rings from the hardware store. This is where "not so fast" comes into play. I live in a city of 90,000 but couldn't find any single mounting hole D-rings anywhere. But heck, the folks at DC Cargo Mall are selling them on Revain. The NV200 has eight weight ring attachment…

Perfect for adding additional brackets to your pickup platform!

These hooks are just what I need for my 05 F250. I found some of the weights were too short to connect to the factory mounts. Which brings me to my next point: I see a lot of people putting them up high in the bed. I think if it suits the person's need to put them higher, do so. But personally I think it's better to mount them low. A few months ago I had to tie metal roof panels. The factory mounts were too high to apply force to the load. I had to ask Lowe for blocks to put under the straps…
