Had to order 2 times. Both times the wrong size was delivered! Finally sent it back for a refund. Went to Home Depot and got the size I needed.

Description says it is new in original packaging - NOT SO! It came as one piece with no original packaging; No instructions, no mounting screws. Misrepresentation.

This item was purchased specifically for the 36 inch width. However, the item delivered was only 34 inches wide and too narrow for my door. Do not order this item if you require a 36" kick plate.

Skid plate is bent at one corner. I managed to spot it, but my husband noticed anyway. Otherwise an excellent product. Not installed yet as I want to polish the door first.

Product arrived well packaged and with set screws. The screws are somehow hidden in the packaging, so be sure to look for them. Was a little longer than 36"(1/8"?) but still worked fine without modification.

The product arrived bent in two places despite the outer packaging being undamaged. It turned out that the goods left the warehouse in a damaged condition. I couldn't get it perfect and for the price of $40 it should have been perfect.

Most front doors are 36 inches wide. We have a width of about 42 inches. We liked this door knob because of the length. There are also many colors to choose from. There were no paper instructions, but there were plenty of ideas on the internet for where to put the plate. Excellent packaging. There are instructions on the protective plastic sheet and when to remove it. I also found screws. Ease of installation. The only downside is that one corner is slightly bent, but that's easy to fix.
