Protects against salt and dirt. Installed 2 months ago, already visited tons of muddy roads. The lock cylinder is like new.

Tight fit, new stretchy rubber holds up and flexes even in cold weather. Should have received this replacement sooner. I could save money replacing the latch if I kept the lid dust and ice free.

My husband bought a new barn with a latch handle on the barn doors. He figured this cover would help keep water and dust out of the locking mechanism. We hope this cover will protect the lock from rain, dust and ice.

Thought I'd buy a pair of these but doesn't say there are 2 both fit together but nothing bad. He closes the handle as it should.
