Sounds good! on header

Great header for the price and easy to fit, also has a perfect angle exhaust, the paint comes off pretty quickly but I didn't buy the porcelain coating too expensive!

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Not trendy

Just screwed. No mods required.

Bolt on. I have the Australian version of this truck as well as the right hand drive. The instructions mentioned changing the power steering pump mount, but I didn't have to change anything. Would have preferred rivets instead of screws but very happy so far.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Only available in black

Great product amazing Revain

I installed these on a 1996 C1500 LT Suburban and they fit great. Yes they are not chrome plated and yes the paint will peel but if you are looking for straight, high performance headers at a great price look no further. Revain had the best price and delivery. I live in Hawaii and it was a lot cheaper to buy from Revain than it was economy class and even better the free shipping!

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Sad hardware

Lighter than I thought and a good price

The finish seems good. Good thick flanges. I have a '97 Suburban 5.7 K1500 and they snapped into place with no modification (they slide in the top by themselves). The kit included cylinder block bolts, flange bolts and 1/2" gaskets for the spark plug harnesses (with new, longer bolts) and gaskets. The longest part of this project was the removal of the old canals. for money.

The picture is wrong!

Do not trust the picture on this product. I asked Revain to fix it but they say the painting doesn't need fixing. I ordered this product based on research on Summit, JEGS, Holley part number 91832FLT. They give an accurate picture. You can't beat Revain's free shipping. The kit comes with two elbows, two gaskets, all mounting hardware and all appropriate hose clamps etc for direct installation. The headers were lightly coated black with some minor roughness. There are small spatters from…

Fits like a glove! It saved me time and a major headache.

I knew I was in for trouble when I removed the cylinder heads from my '98 CHEVY SUB K1500. The old/stock exhaust manifold did not separate easily from the heads. I had to use a crowbar and a hammer to get them off the truck. I noticed that the old collector was deformed, that's why it was impossible to install normal collectors, so these are new collectors! It was an easy landing. The only reason I give them a lower rating is because there is weld spatter everywhere, some parts need sanding and

Good replacement for stock headers

Initial inspection out of the box showed some areas of weld spatter (not very noticeable once installed) and some paint wear, probably due to rumbling in the box during shipping. The flanges are nice and thick and the hardware seems to be of good quality. (The thread is 3/8-16 with flanges installed and reduced heads for clearance.) I disregarded the supplied gaskets and used those from my upper repair kit. This part number includes the fitting on the left hand manifold for the EGR tube and all

Manifold blows out in 9 months

I wrapped them in manifold tape when they arrived yesterday and installed the driver and passenger side on a 1997 gmc k1500. No change was required, they entered the house as if they were there. The EGR tube on the manifold points too far towards the block and since there is a brace welded to it it can't be moved so the EGR tube is misaligned from the intake (it hits the back of the valve cover pushing it out). ). from the block) with a slight refinement of the pipe from the inlet, it turned…
