Works well, quieter than before

It wasn't the easiest thing to install, but it wasn't the worst thing I've ever done either. It will take a long time, but this pump works well. Installed in 4 Wheeler for a few weeks and still good. It's quieter than the standard pump, but maybe that's because my pump failed.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Some flaws

Near Perfect Replacement Parts

were almost a mirror image of the original Polaris Sportsman EFI parts. After removing the old block, the replacement went almost flawlessly. Be careful when replacing the regulator. I broke off one of the retaining tabs (unrelated to the parts supplied by the supplier, just a warning as I can't find the cage holding the regulator in any source).

Pros
  • This is Amazing
Cons
  • Available in Black Only Parts

Easy to Install in Aftermarket

You'd think this company would put a gasket between the tank and the fuel pump since you have to remove the pump assembly from the tank. The old pad was reusable so I reinstalled it. I'm not sure yet how the bike will perform. I'll edit this if it doesn't work properly. Otherwise the pump is the same as the old one, let's see what happens when everything is assembled.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Great kit but missing a few parts needed for installation.

Worked great on my 2006 Polaris Sportsman 700 efi. Since the fuel pump is in line with the fuel pressure regulator (included), you will need 4 clamps and 2 pieces of hose. This set only includes 2 clamps and 1 piece of hose which is too short to cut in two. You will need more hose and clamps when you start the installation.

Pros
  • GOLS Certified
Cons
  • Very Expensive

This product is easy to install. Fuel makes plastic parts brittle, so use caution when removing the regulator. A tab broke off holding the regulator, but when I installed the clip I placed one end of it on the side of the regulator and it holds up well. Silicone grease helped install the regulator on the o-rings. Before disassembling, take a picture of the old one so you can return it as it came out of the tank or you will have trouble getting it back in the tank.

Pros
  • Hands Free Operation
Cons
  • Quality

Polaris Sportsman 800

All parts seemed to work and had to cut the hose to adjust the pump depth to the original depth. The regulator worked fine. I was pleased when it solved the problem and my Polaris started straight away. The kit should include cable ties to mount the pump to a vertical shaft. This is the only thing that wasn't included to replace the pump and regulator on my Polaris. I like the lifetime warranty on the device. I would rate Easy To Install a 5 if cable ties were included. I had to make a trip to…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Fits 2005 Sportsman 800

I installed this pump on my 2005 Polaris Sportsman 800 EFI. I would have preferred OEM but unfortunately Polaris does not sell the pump separately. They make you buy a whole tank of gas that costs almost $800. Absolutely crazy! Luckily this pump is perfect. It's only been installed for a few days, but it works great. It had everything I needed except for the zip ties holding the pump to the cart. I wish I had known that before, but I got it right. If anything changes I will definitely edit this

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn

The set was not complete. Missing items that I paid for.

The product has arrived and is relatively easy to install. The kit included zip ties to attach the fuel pump to the mounting block, two clamps to attach the hose, a small piece of hose and a filter. Easy install, just like the Factor fuel pump on my 2005 Polaris Sportsman 800. However! The kit should have included a fuel regulator! I had to call the company several times and wait a few minutes to be taken off hold and asked to leave a voice message. Not believing they would call me back in time

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Unreliable
