After trying to fix my old Ford carburetor it got to the point that after so many years, damn, that thing was just too worn out. I should have bought this holly a long time ago and saved myself the pain and suffering.

I have replaced the Edelbrock 600cfm 4 barrel engine with this. Used a $20 Napa adapter to bolt it to the 4 cylinder air intake. Much better take-off performance, plus it works off-road! I will never use a 4-barrel carburetor again! It's also a very easy customization. My engine (prebuilt Ford 351C) starts immediately, doesn't need to be stopped.

Arrived early, bolted on and ready to go! Put it on a '64 Ford 390 FE with a stock intake manifold instead of a stock 2100. The engine started great, runs great and noticed a definite increase in power! Bought another 2100 originally but all you can buy is a factory rebuild for almost the same price or made in China. I would definitely go with Holly again!

Pretty good carburettor, had problems from the start, runs well but engine died and died on start up, high idle setting was not tight and runs very full at idle. I screwed the fuel mix screw all the way in and it's still running rich, arguing about contacting the dealer or trying to get a basic jet kit and trying to fix myself, brilliant but that's about all that's good
