Please update your review below that the filament is very fragile. The company recently contacted me and said I received a bad batch and sent a replacement. This raised them from 2 to 4. Any company will have problems, but it's nice to find a company that is actively solving the problem. So the IC3D filament is very brittle, I only used about 1/4 spool and it broke at least 1/2 dozen times. How fragile will the items I craft be? I will not buy again.

This is a really great thread. I only use it in my Lulzbot Taz5. It has excellent thermal performance and consistently produces reliable prints. Only once (of many repeat purchases) have I received a poor quality spool of filament. I could tell it wasn't normal quality as the surface of the thread was matte and not shiny as usual. First off, let me say that I use a lot of filament in my business. Because of this, I tested many different brands of filament to try and find the "one" perfect filament. I considered the IC3D filament to be a good American product to stand behind. That is, until I received it in the mail, the filament was sealed in the box, but I noticed that the spool was covered in dust inside the box. Dust and 200+C hotend are not compatible.
