The inner curve of the brush guard was too tight for a 2014 jack. The distance from the pivot point to the upper brackets was too small. Instructions were hard to see/blurry.

Looks great on the truck but was a bit difficult to assemble. Pictures with instructions are rubbish, you can not see what is shown on them at all. Most of the hardware was too short or JUST long, I replaced most of it.

I have this grill guard and I love it. However, the brackets and screws were missing. I would like to know how to report a problem. I returned this item on October 15, 2020. I need to know when you will credit my account! Many Thanks

This brush guard looks great on the truck. The only problem was the installation as the 2 brackets supplied don't really fit this protection on the commuter car it was designed for. There are no mounting holes in the top of the protective cover for mounting. I had to adjust the mounts to work.

Good grille protection. However, one of my brackets was slightly shorter than the other. So I had an insane amount of time to fix it. (never properly leveled) Also there are holes in the welds for the springs which are already rusting. When it arrived new, rusty dust came out of all the little holes in the welds🙄

I bought a more expensive bumper grille for extra protection. I was really happy with the product. However, the assembly instructions were of poor quality. The photos were awful. All the parts weren't really listed properly. There was really nowhere to go online for help. My cousin and I spent hours collecting it. I don't wish that on anyone. First of all, this is a strong bumper. I have no doubt that he will do his job. I've been tempted by others that were cheaper, but I chose this one when it comes to the safety of my passengers; I don't want anything that rusts or falls apart when tapped lightly.
