Jessem Model 08350 Dowelling Master Review

This jig gives us very smooth surfaces when joining bolts. We are a professional blinds company and this light gives us quick and accurate connections for many small projects where we cannot change our equipment on short notice. I can only recommend this device, it is very well made and well thought out. Good value for money. I have two other dowel bits that I never use because I never get good results. This is my first Jessem Jig, I'm so glad a friend recommended I try it.

This device is shaped like a tank. It's powerful, accurate, and relatively easy to use. I've currently used it on about 500 dowels, 80% of which were 3/8" and the rest 1/4". The stop rings on the bit have never slipped despite multiple depth adjustments with 3/8" and 1/4" bits. The bits stayed sharp and the device itself wasn't worn at all.
