Used to operate the front brakes on a Lexus GX460. This truck uses fixed 4-piston calipers and this tool allows you to push them all back while the caliper is still in place. It's slow and the pistons are retracting - no need to crack the bleeder valve, just remove the master cylinder cap. I bought this spreader to replace my existing long ratchet spreader. The ratchet didn't fit the smaller calipers and it didn't click/move until pressure was applied to it, so I had to hold it in place by turning the lever until the ratchet worked.
