Description of 🖨️ Premium Monoprice PLA Printer Filament: Top-Quality for Superior Printing Results

PLA is a good choice for a printing material if you are looking for high accuracy and high resolution. It extrudes at lower temperatures, does not require a heated base, and has a very low shrinkage rate (0.3%). This 1 kg spool features a thickness of 3.0mm ±0.10mm, with a roundness variation of only 0.03mm. It has a nominal processing temperature of 185° C (365°F). Thickness and roundness factors are laser measured at the factory to ensure accuracy over the entire length of the filament.

Pretty good!

I bought this thread for $10 and tried it. This works very well. And the color is amazing. But when printing, it discolors a few places, but not very noticeable. As long as the price doesn't go up. I would buy another roll. ☹️

Pros
  • Nice Package
Cons
  • Fragile

Bad spool with PLA filament!

Material composition should be very variable. The first roll I bought was great, this last roll doesn't stick to the table at all and I've tried everything: heat, RPM, clean table, clean head. Nothing worked. A whole roll wasted. We need to get back to the reels of 3-D systems.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Slightly torn

It was cheap but still overpriced for what you get.

I paid $17 but it was too much for something this bad. The tolerances were just awful, the 2.79 to 2.93 diameter only varied by about a foot! Now I often use cheap yarn for big things, but I can get better yarn for less money. I see some $20 Monoprice reels - EVER!

  • New
