Complete junk that will kill your wired and Wi-Fi network

NETGEAR Orbi Satellite (2 pack) - no WiFi dead zones, easy setup, one network name, works with Revain Alexa, adds up to 5000m² added. ft., (option only) NETGEAR RBS52Orbi Pro - AC3000 Tri-Band Business WiFi System, 3-pack, Covers up to 7,500 m². ft., replaces access points, requires no complex cabling, business traffic, and no network disconnect (SRK60+SRS60) ft indoors, 2500 sq. ft. ft. outdoor, tri-band AC3000, single SSID (SRK60 + RBS50Y + SRS60) I've had issues since install - months later…

You can't be serious, can you?

. And it doesn't (and don't call me Shirley!). Orbi Pro isn't serious enterprise networking gear, so there's a lack of "Pro" in Orbi Pro. . Let's be clear, the Orbi Pro is absolutely no better than your typical home WiFi setup when it comes to features and has COMPLETELY no semblance of business need. First, it doesn't support VLANs, which is surprising for a business-oriented system. That means they're all on the same subnet, but Orbi Pro supports 3 SSIDs, which means they're all on the same…

Less than satisfied

We have a 1GB 900Mbps fiber plan on the modem. And we have the whole house with Cat6 cable network. I bought this expensive mesh router because I knew it would be fine for our sub-half size house if it was rated for 7,000+ square feet. Wired LAN. After doing all this we had a very bad experience: - right on the router, the 900+ Mbps on the modem dropped to 540 Mbps speed - but when I enter one of the rooms, which is still 15-20 feet removed, signal strength and speed drop to creep (walls are…

Netgear Insight needs more work

My wife runs a small business. Requires wide area WiFi coverage and more than 40 WiFi devices connected simultaneously. We also need different channels for the admin, our kids and guests. This model fully meets my needs. The setup is a bit tricky. I use a daisy chain so the WiFi can cover a large area. I didn't pay attention to which satellite 1 or 2 is during the initial setup. At first I had very weak or no signal on the last satellite. The signal got back to normal after I swapped the…

EXCELLENT mesh Wi-Fi system

This is an EXCELLENT mesh Wi-Fi system for home or business. Internet setup is identical to other Netgear routers. Easy to use and has most or all of the options most people need. (I only use the web interface to set up my Wi-Fi routers because I like doing it without sending any info to Netgear, so I don't understand anything in the mobile setup app.) I really like the ability to set up three different ones Networks WiFi with this system. One of these is the "admin" network, a Wi-Fi network…
