Worked great- until it didn’t. The lock refused to unlock after just 10 months and I was locked out. Video proof. I tried to contact the seller and could not even find a link to do so.

Really like the looks and mechanics of this lock. Had a bit of a problem with installation and customer service was there to help.

We bought this July 2018. From the start this product was difficult to use. The key pad didn’t always work. You had to press the number slowly and hard otherwise it wouldn’t unlock. We couldn’t get in with the keypad most of the time and had to resort to a key. We bought it for our children so they could get in without a key. It goes through batteries like crazy! We put in new batteries two weeks ago and it didn’t work today so we put in new batteries and it still didn’t work. This product…

I loved the look of this lock but it would not program. I was able change the master code but couldn't get even the first personal code programmed. Finally got another brand that worked prefect.

This lock is quick and easy to install and it looks and works great! The only problem I had was that I couldn't find the programming instructions so I quickly posted a question here as to how to do so and a reply was waiting for me in the morning. Turns out that they're pasted to the inside of the battery cover. Good thinking. That makes them hard to lose. That also makes the print very small and difficult to read for some people. Buttons stick, like, a lot. Daily. Which means that you can push whatever codes you want and it makes noise but won’t unlock. Or lock. Or do anything. It was harder than other brands I’ve used to install and the throw acts like it’s sticking sometimes. For the price it’s fine, but really wish I had spent the extra $10.

A small piece of the deadbolt was broken inside from a manufacturing defect. I had to purchase another locking mechanism. Also it doesn't perfectly line up to standards. The bolt sticks out farther than normal so the door frame needed to be adjusted. The keypad feels thin and cheap, but does its job so far. Not really worth $80, but does its job. Definitely go to your local hardware store before buying this one online.

Purchased mine 7/29/19, today is 11/25/20, and it is broken. The deadbolt no longer retracts, although the lever on the inside of the door does move from locked to unlock. It is not a battery issue. After carefully removing it, the sliding mechanism that moves the deadbolt back and forth is sheared off. Manufacturers weakness. It worked like a dream for 16 months.

Works fine for me! I live in the Midwest and this has held up well through our crazy winters! Installation was a bit tricky, since you have to make sure you switch the direction of the locking mechanism. Just read the instructions lmao

Very easy to install and program. Customer service very responsive. Installed two locks. One had issues maintaining battery connection after a couple of weeks. Notified Milocks and replacement arrived 2 days later.
