Great but a little tricky

I use this to make parts for industrial automation equipment including gears. This enables FDM printing for applications that typically require machined parts. It has very good strength and impact resistance and is slightly flexible. You can drill and cut it. You can use it to create live loops. The print quality is not as good as PLA. It must be dry to work best. Supports are difficult to remove as the material is very stiff. Read manufacturer's instructions and watch YouTube videos for best…

Requires a dehydrator.

It was very interesting to try the Taulman 910 as I have had excellent results with the Taulman in the past. I ordered Taulman 910 and Taulman 645 but unfortunately both packages were punctured which resulted in a leak. As a result, the thread absorbs moisture from the air, resulting in terrible layer adhesion/strength. When squeezing, the moisture is so bad that you hear hissing and popping as the water boils off. Luckily I have a food grade dehydrator so hopefully I can fix the problem but if

Very good nylon but be careful with Revain.

Alloy 910 is an extremely strong and durable material. Of course it has to be dried, it's nylon. Currently, after some tweaking, I can easily print this footage on the Ender 3 Pro's open bed without margins or distortion. I print at 270°C on a nozzle, layer 55 and a layer of Magigoo PA on a Garolite plate bonded to a borosilicate glass plate. I use an all metal MicroSwiss hot end. The secret, if there is one, is that this stuff dries out. If you browse Thingiverse, you'll find all sorts of…
