Love Using This System And Allowing Others Through Our Site

I love being able to see all my clients when they book online with so much information about each one of them! It also makes it easier for me if any problems or questions arise because there are always multiple people working at every level making sure things get done right away. There isn't anything that really annoys but sometimes we might not receive some info from our office before someone sends out an update via email (which can be helpful as well). Great way for families who don’t know

Pros
  • Everything is set up already in order which saves lots &/of time, especially during busy seasons such holiday periods where everyone runs around trying various systems together while other family members need assistance too.
  • A good amount saved within first days after installation
  • Very organized software.Easy access once logged onto computer..Also works easily offline without internet connection required...Helpful customer support..No lag

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine

Excellent tool to help you run your business efficiently

I like that it provides me with all of my funeral home needs at one place! It has helped us keep track of everything from orders through shipping as well as providing information for our families about what services we offer and how they can pay their respects online or by phone/text message (if preferred). The customer service could use some improvements but overall this product works great!! We have been able solve many problems since using Osiris including tracking shipments & keeping up-to

  • Easy integration into current ecommerce platform used within business.
  • Great support team available via chat, email AND telephone call when required
  • This does not happen often however.

Very User Friendly and Convenient way managing employee time off remotely

It's easy for my staff members who are not computer savvy as well me myself! I like that it has an app so we can use our smart phone or tablet with ease when at work too since they don't have access right now while working from home during COVID-19 pandemic. The system doesn’t seem very intuitive meaning you must be able to read instructions before using this program which could easily confuse some of us who aren’t tech savvy but would love more training if possible because there isn’t any…

  • Very user friendly, straightforward interface even though its complex in nature.
  • Easy navigation once set up correctly nothing hard about setting things out properly either; no need learning how do something else first such is true w web platforms usually used..learning curve here was quite short compared t others
