This bird cage exceeded my expectations. Judging by the reviews, I was expecting thinner metal and lower quality, but the metal is thick, heavy, and durable. The box was well packed with bubble wrap, foam and protective corners inside and outside the box. The kit includes an Allen key. We needed two more cages to urgently rescue some birds from a dire situation and it was the perfect combination of decent space without being overly bulky. Possible future expansion by adding another pair at the top is great for accommodating birds in higher densities.
