Exact Replacement; Good quality

Good: - An exact replacement for the existing one. The Bad: - Be very careful when attaching to glass doors. The clamp must be very tight to prevent the heavy glass door from slipping off. Keep the glass on a flat surface so it doesn't break when tightening. I used a calibrated impact wrench to ensure a tight seal without cracking the glass.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Very expensive

Easy to install - gets the job done

Attaches to our glass shower door very quickly. I couldn't remove the broken original bracket so I installed it right next to it. Works great, no problems. The adjustability made it easy to choose the height to hang the door on another door. From the outside you can't tell that the shower isn't perfect. And honestly, when you're in my shower, you probably like me enough not to bother with my shower door bracket.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Reliable

Suitable for glass doors

We have used this product on glass doors. We had to open the bracket to put it on the rubber piece. We also had to make additional adjustments by tightening the screws to prevent slipping. It works, but I think the manufacturer should also add silicone as an option, not just the rubber part. It's been a week and he hasn't slipped and doesn't look like he's been moved. I only gave four stars because I would be more comfortable with silicone.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Moderate

Works great but could use better instructions.

It took me a while to figure out how to attach the clips to the glass door and the manual is very lacking in detail or instructions. I couldn't fit the rubber pieces to my door if they didn't fit the clamp, after reading the details here I realized I only needed the rubber pieces if they were already on my door. Otherwise I have to use a silicone gasket. So I used silicone sealant, let it sit for 24 hours, and then installed the doors. I haven't had any problems with sagging or anything, the…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Adjustment required to stay in place

This product comes with plastic grommets that fit between the metal of the unit and the glass shower door. They just didn't stay in place and acted as a lubricant for the pinch part of the roller to slide off the glass. I think rubber would be a better material for this. I ended up filling the gap in the clamp part with adhesive caulk, placing it on the shower door and lightly tightening it. After the sealant was dry, I tightened it as much as I could. While the braces are in place (about 6…

Pros
  • Great design

  • Crumpled packaging
