I loved this yarn when I first bought it - I found the quality to be amazing and the end result was excellent. However, over time I have found (even after replacing MANY parts on my printer like the nozzle, bowden tube, gears, etc.) that the extruder gear keeps skipping even though there are no print issues. I mean it's very difficult for a printer to actually extrude this filament - it's gritty due to additives (carbon fiber particles I?). In any case, if you want to print like I did (increase

Wonder. good for 3D printing filament

My search for a filament that boasted strength, heat resistance and a nice finish led me to this filament and I wasn't disappointed. While I'm not ready to test just how far its heat resistance can extend over different periods of time, I've already been pleased and even impressed with this product. Heat resistance: when I heat treated it in the oven. , it seemed to hold its shape until I preheated the oven to 200+F, which is very impressive. It's worth noting that the recommended temperature…

Definitely needs a lot of tweaking

Where to start? What about the packaging: Having a plastic bag was nice, having this non-vacuum sealed bag wasn't, especially when the silica gel bag is half the size of what comes with the other filaments I buy. While the cardboard spool is technically much more recyclable than the regular plastic spool, it feels like something that was made for an elementary school art project and would be a hassle to repurpose for another use (I have the old plastic spools for storage for the parts and…
