Filament not the best quality

Used with Ender 3 e3dv6 direct drive. On the spool it is indicated that at a temperature of 190-200Β°C the thread bursts and bubbles, and the print is really not extruded enough. Next time I'll use a better brand

Pros
  • Operating temperature: 200~220℃
Cons
  • Not sure

Excellent material and quality

I had no problems with this flexible fiber. This post is based on the purchase in grey. This filament is classified as "flexible but not elastic" with a hardness of 95A. It printed excellently at recommended temperatures of 190 to 220 degrees. I printed several long and detailed prints at 220Β°C with different layer heights. I slice my prints with the PrusaSlicer starting with the flex profile and setting the temperature to 225/50. I also have a 0.4mm hardened nozzle (not needed for TPU, but I print abrasives occasionally. I've had quite a bit of success with this filament. I've used it to print Prusa face shield headbands for the pandemic). (see image). The layer adhesion…
